- There is a need to move to new forms of innovation and transform the organization to become more agile and digital.
Resolution:
- A workshop was designed around corporate innovation in the Financial Services sector.
- A special focus was n the digital revolution in Financial Services in Africa.
- Leaders were trained on agile and lean startup methodologies within the corporate environment.
- Leaders were taken through the key factors driving the evolution to Banking 2.0.
- Over 40 leaders were engaged in a Digital Strategy day.
