Complication:
- The rapidly evolving Telecommunications environment has resulted in commoditization of the voice and text business and data revenues are stagnant while Capex, Opex and consumption rise exponentially.
- The executive and management team are not fully skilled for this new age neither operationally nor strategically.
Resolution:
- A Digital Learning Academy has been set up in Riyadh.
- Candidates are taken through a deep dive into the Digital age, Digital disruption, Innovation, Telecommunications 2.0 and both agile and lean startup approaches.
- Over 1500 senior leaders are taken through this program over a two-year period.
